First, please verify that you have entered the valid account username and password. If you have forgot your password, please make a password reset request. If you have forgot your username or the password reset request does not succeed, please contact our support staff.


Account is not synchronized due to a bug experienced on July 31st, 2020

On July 31st, there was a bug within our authentication systems which caused new Bridgespace accounts to be locally siloed on our virtual experiences platform. If your account was made sometime during July the 31st, 2020, simply recreate the account with the exact same login details. If this does not work, please contact our support engineers and we will recover your account.
